The 39th EHMA Annual General Meeting

This fruitful event combined the forward-looking conference agenda and business meetings with many networking opportunities and lovely sightseeing and entertainment program!

- The University day which has been organized in collaboration with Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne with Professors Horatiu Tudori and Ian Millar.

- The Educational Day during which participants had the opportunity to listen to the interventions of keynote speakers such as Ted Teng, CEO of the Leading Hotels of the World, Dr Bill Carroll of Cornell University, Christopher Härle of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Dr Ray Iunius, of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, moderator of an intensive and constructive panel discussion.

The luxurious gala evening at the Hofburg Imperial Palace which was also the occasion for the presentation of the "Hotel Manager of the Year" award to the Italian member Mario Ferraro, General Manager of the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice, and of the new ''EHMA Sustainability award by Diversey'' to Veikko Vuoristo, General Manager of the Haikko Manor & Spa in Finland.
